These are simple lessons with information about planning, planting and the easiest vegetables to harvest with a class of school aged children. It includes ideas for weekly activities and garden tasks to do with the participating children. It includes a Journal template that can be used by the participating children to document garden changes and tasks accomplished throughout the planting and harvest season.
