Very Berry Cobbler
This recipe was created during our class at Cannon AFB March 2012.
Ingredients
1 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 cup dried blueberry (6 oz)
1 1/2 cup dried craisins (6 oz)
1 1/2 cup sliced date (6 oz)
Juice of 1 orange
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup (whole wheat) flour
3/4 cup oats
1 1/2 tsb. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Spread butter in a 9x13 inch pan
- Mix dry fruit in bowl
- Squeeze orange on fruit
- Combine butter, flour, oats, and cinnamon
- Crumble oat mixture over top of fruit
- Place in oven for 20 minutes
